In 2022, the idea of MIF was born out of a shared vision and a love for good food. We joined forces with a historic plant that had been perfecting the art of frozen dough and traditional Lebanese maize for years. Together, we blended heritage with innovation, tradition with quality, to bring something truly special to the table.

What makes us different? Simply put—we make the best frozen dough. Whether it's our signature Lebanese maize or our perfectly crafted frozen products, we never compromise on taste, texture, or quality.
